Refund Policy

Offscreen Joy packs are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can't be returned once downloaded, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. We do want every parent to be happy, so we will fix the problem or refund you in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You couldn't download or open the files, and we couldn't fix it within 3 working days.
• You received the wrong pack.

How to ask

Email offscreenjoys@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a short description. We reply within one working day.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking). Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the amount.
