All Offscreen Joy products are digital PDF files. Nothing is shipped or couriered, and there are no shipping charges.

How and when you receive your pack

• Right after a successful payment, you are taken to your download page, where you can download your pack immediately.
• Please bookmark that page or save the file. You can return to the same page to download again at any time.
• Delivery is instant and available anywhere in India.

If something goes wrong

If you paid but didn't reach the download page, or the download doesn't work, email offscreenjoys@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation email or SMS). We'll send your files within one working day.
